He visited Trinity College yesterday afternoon where he was honoured with the gold Honorary Patronage medal by The Phil.
This afternoon, he hosted a masterclass with members of the Irish Film and Television Academy. Afterwards, President Michael D. Higgins presented him with the prestigious John Ford Award.
