Mattress Mick might actually be DJing at this Dublin festival

THE BEATYARD FESTIVAL takes place in Dun Laoghaire on the last weekend in July – and has all sorts of music, food, craic and discussion lined up.

And yesterday they announced a marquee name who’s turning up – Mattress Mick.

There’s real talk of him doing a DJ set as well

He’s signed up for the Banter discussion group, but as the Facebook post says surely a DJ set is the next logical step?

He’s been the star of an internationally-rated documentary recently so a DJ slot would be no bother to him.
