That’s the question chef Tym Bussanich is asking… and answering.
He’s decided that a McDonald’s chicken nugget needs to be taken to the next level, and he’s the man to do it.
Presenting, the Pounder:
Yes, that’s a quarter pounder, cut into nugget sizes, and deep fried.
Bussanich’s reasoning is that “McDonald’s refuses to change their menu, so I decided I would”.
He’s also made the McFry, which is a McDonald’s cheeseburger flattened, cut into chip-sized slices, and then deep fried in breadcrumbs:
