14-year-old Leah from Meath nailed her Britain's Got Talent live semi but failed to make it through
A COUPLE OF weekends ago, we were introduced to 14-year-old Meath singer Leah Barniville after she blew away the judges at the audition stage of Britain’s Got Talent.
She got herself a standing ovation and was put straight into the semi-finals.
And last night she took the stage again, this time live, to perform an epic rendition of opera classic Parla Piu Piano
And once again her voice delivered the goods

Fair enough after *that* performance.
The judges were on their feet, along with the rest of the crowd

But, despite wowing everyone with her voice, Leah just missed out on the final to Issy Simpson and Matt Edward – both magicians.
Leah had done everyone proud with that performance though
Whoops!

The combination of Leah’s voice and the fact that *both* the acts that went through were magicians rankled a bit

But, after only two performances on this year’s BGT, a star is born
Well done Leah.
