EVER SINCE WORD landed last November that Suits star, Meghan Markle, would be tying the knot with HRH Prince Harry, there’s been serious focus on who would make the cut on the invite front.
And with the wedding set to take place in less than two months, attention has turned to Meghan’s family back in the States.
Indeed, it seems there’s a hape of hurt feelings among Meghan’s relations, with numerous reports suggesting the actress has snubbed her family.
And Richard Madeley isn’t having it.
The former This Morning host and long-time broadcaster interviewed Meghan’s estranged aunt and nephew on Good Morning Britain today, and told them they shouldn’t expect an invite.
Tracey Dooley, who was once married to Meghan’s brother, told Richard she hadn’t seen Meghan in 20 years, while Tracey’s son Tyler hasn’t spoken to Meghan in approximately three years – something that didn’t go down well with ol’ Rich.
Well, then it doesn’t seem unreasonable for you not to be invited, does it? I mean, if it’s 20 years, you’re pretty much on the fringes, aren’t you, of the family, to be honest?
Tell it like it is Richard, why don’t you?
The pair insisted they wouldn’t mind if they didn’t receive an invite, but they would continue to support their estranged family member.

I don’t think we are going to get the invitations–and that’s fine. We’re okay with that. We’re still supporting her on. We’re so proud of her.
Viewers are with Richard on this one, with many questioning the pair’s motives.
That’s pretty much assured it’s money orientated or why would they all of a sudden be piping up now – not 2 or 12 but 20 years down the line.
“I wouldn’t be inviting them either if I hadn’t seen them in 20 years!” added another.
And you’d have Richard’s blessing on that one.
