13 times one Irishman brilliantly trolled Metro's missed connections page
Mike_fleming Mike_fleming
SEAMAS O’REILLY IS an Irish writer living in London, who’s won internet fame in the past for his excellent personalised Nutella jar pranks and his Remembering Ireland Facebook page.
But his original, and some would say best, mischief-making was when he wrote into the Metro newspaper’s Rush Hour Crush section with fake missed connection stories for the craic. He successfully submitted them to the UK paper for a couple of years before they caught on and stopped publishing them – but we still have the evidence of the ones that made it through.
So here, presented without comment, is every single one in all their glory.
