Bród and Síoda are the real stars of the show and for that reason and that reason alone, we need an official Instagram account devoted to the Presidential dogs.
They’re the perfect PR for Ireland. They’re huge, they’re fluffy, they’re adorable and they should be protected at all costs. We love seeing pictures of them too so if we had one continuous feed of them following Michael D and Sabina around the Áras and attending various important events then the world would be a much better place.
For example, imagine an Instagram account devoted to Miggeldy and sheer pride (Bród geddit?) that he has in his dogs. It would be delightful.
