EVERY WEEKDAY MORNING, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the best of the day’s celebrity dirt from the top to the very bottom.
Michael Fassbender has given a “heartbreaking” performance in the forthcoming X-Men film.
According to director Michael Singer, Fassbender was so good as Magneto during one scene that he made him cry. (IGN, ComicBookMovie.com)
Michael Fassbender did something so wonderful in this movie. We’re at the end of the scene and he asked me not to call cut and when the scene was over, he continued and did something that made me cry in the tent. Simon Kinberg, the writer who has no emotions at all, actually became emotional.
Singer also said that he hopes the scene makes the final cut of the movie, due out in eight months. IT MADE YOU CRY IN THE TENT, BRIAN. PUT IT IN THE FILM, BRIAN.
Rita Ora has launched a #shade cannon at Louis Walsh.
The X-Factor judge said that Walsh is “just a little bit burnt they lost their chair” after the Irish man said he wasn’t “sure” about Ora’s co-judge Nick Grimshaw. (Daily Mail)
BBC radio presenter Grimmy has joined Ora, Simon Cowell and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini-Tweedy-Cole-Girls-Aloud, but Louis has claimed that people don’t like change.
Rita’s reached out to him, saying “it’s OK Louis, I’ll rub your feet for you if you want. It’s OK”.

Charlie Sheen was “kicked out of a bar in a headlock” at the weekend. Standard.
He got involved in an alleged fracas with a fan who was filming him. (3am/Mirror)
After “slapping the phone out of their hand” a scuffle apparently ensued and both men ended up outside, where they eventually made their peace. Awwww.
Meanwhile, you’ve all seen Charlie on the cover of Cigars and Spirits mag, right? We never miss an issue.
