YESTERDAY MORNING, it was revealed that Michael Flatley had been booked for Donald Trump’s inauguration.
According to TMZ, Flatley will perform with his dancing troupe at the Liberty Ball, joining such luminaries as 3 Doors Down, Toby Keith and Big & Rich.
As you might understand, some Irish people felt that the Riverdance connection made the whole thing a bit too close for comfort:
