Michael Moore's Dublin show cancelled

The filmmaker’s scheduled performance in Dublin on Monday has been cancelled for ‘personal matters’

OSCAR-WINNING FILMMAKER Michael Moore’s scheduled performance at the Grand Canal Theatre in Dublin has been cancelled.

The controversial left-wing author and filmmaker was due to perform his show ‘Here Comes Trouble’ at the Grand Canal Theatre on Monday but it has been cancelled for what event organisers said were “personal matters”.

Moore’s upcoming live shows in the UK have also been cancelled.

Organisers say that refunds are available from the point of purchase and have apologised for the inconvenience caused.

In recent days, Moore has been involved with the Occupy Wall Street protests in New York, offering the movement support and regularly tweeting about it.
