ONCE UPON A time there was a man with 22 Miley Cyrus tattoos… and then he got another one.

Yes, that’s right. Miley’s number one fan Carl McCoid just got inked with number 23 on his hand.

McCoid has tattoos honouring the pop singer all over his body, and got this latest addition to pay homage to the start of her Bangerz world tour.

He says he hopes to hit 30 Miley tributes by the end of the year.
