This house in Wexford was named the most Christmassy home in Ireland for 2017 and it's perfect

Above and beyond.

WHEN IRISH PEOPLE go all out with their Christmas lights, the results can become local attractions in their own right.

This Christmas, Energia launched a Facebook campaign to find ‘Ireland’s most Christmassy home’ – so you knew the competition was going to be fierce.

And the results came in today.

Tony Fitzpatrick’s glorious house in Wexford was the winner. Just look at it

Excellent work.

Revealing the news on Facebook, Energia said that the €3000 prize money gets donated to Tony’s chosen local charity, Wexford Homecare Hospice.

It was a tough competition to win though, because the 19 other finalists put in some effort with their lights too:

Ivan Tolan, Bettystown, Meath
