SINCE THE OFFICE,  there have been few shows that simultaneously cause us to cringe and cry laughing at the same time. It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia is one of the last shows that makes us say “no… Please don’t do that” in our head when we watch the gang get up to all of their terrible, terrible antics.

To celebrate the latest season of It’s Always Sunny being added to Netflix just yesterday, let’s take a look back over some of the funniest moments the show has ever graced us with. Be warned though, this contains a lot of spoilers from seasons 1-11.

1. Dee’s secret life as a stand up comedian

Despite Dee’s ventures into acting being consistently terrible, Kaitlin Olson who plays her is actually a brilliant actress, as you can see here the second she starts breathing into the mic. This scene makes me laugh more than any actual stand up comedy I’ve ever seen.

2. When Charlie takes steroids

A perfect visual representation of what’s going on inside your brain a few days before your period.

3. Tiny Boy, Little Boy, Baby Boy

The whole of ‘The Nightman Cometh’ is hilariously awkward, the songs are all extremely catchy but this scene is especially good.

4. When Dee and Dennis find out their grandfather was a Nazi

This is when surprisingly, they make the right decision for once and choose to unplug his life support machine.

5. When Charlie invents ‘Kitten Mittons’

Basically any scene where Charlie’s voice gets high and loud is guaranteed to be funny.

6. When Frank shows Charlie and Mac how to be smooth

 7. There’s a spider… He’s deep in my soul

I would very happily watch a spinoff of this show that was just Charlie writing songs and playing them on his keyboard.

8. When Mac and Charlie fake their death by destroying Dee’s car

The poppers add so much to this scene.

9. Bird law

10. When Dee and Dennis try to get fit and healthy

11. When Charlie takes the intelligence pill

12. When Charlie tastes a pear for the first time

13. The terrifying image of Danny DeVito slicked up in hand sanitizer

 14. Charlie’s best freak out

15. When Charlie became an American

16. Dayman

17. Every appearance the duster made

18. When Dee takes it too far with the bouncer
