Niall Horan's shout-out to an 18-day-old baby girl is too wholesome for words

We all need this today.

DIRECTIONERS HAVE SPENT every waking moment of the last eight years trying to get a mention off the lads on social, so shout-out to an 18-day-old girl who managed it no hassle.

Niall Horan took to Twitter last night to share a note he received on a recent flight from two new fathers, who were flying home with their baby daughter, Marit.

In a message to fellow passengers, Marit’s parents asked for a little patience if the newborn struggled on the flight, and provided all onboard with a little goodie bag to compensate if she did.

Hi Stranger. My name is Marit. Today I’m 18 days old. I’m flying home to Europe with my dads. This is my first flight ever. I will do my utmost to be on my best behaviour to ensure you have a peaceful flight.

And she didn’t stop there.

I would like to apologise in advance if – I for any reason loose (sic) my cool, my temper, my ears hurt of my stomach gets fussy. I think my dads are more nervous than I am, so they made you this goodiebag.

Only delighted with the gesture, Niall told his followers that Marit played an absolute blinder.

Had the coolest little goodie bag on the plane with this letter enclosed. Marit was quiet as a mouse for 10 hours. Good luck to both dads. The guys made these [goodiebags] for all the people sitting in the vicinity, class act.

And yeah, we’re melting. What of it?
