Actress Maisie Williams has blasted the airline after they refused to let her into the business class lounge because she’s under-18 and was travelling alone.
The lounge has a self-service bar, which means that even though 16-18 year olds can travel solo, they can’t use the facilities. (Daily Mail)
Yes.. @British_Airways fully understand that, my question is why? Why can we travel alone but not use the lounge? It makes no sense.
