Has Simon Cowell already picked Louis Walsh’s replacement? Quite possibly.
The Mirror reports that Simon Cowell has selected BBC Radio 1 host Nick Grimshaw to join the judging panel.

A BBC source was reported as saying that Grimshaw is “fresher and more relevant than some of the previous judges” and it is hoped that the shake-up will help attract new viewers and higher ratings.
Louis has been a great servant to the show, but he is out of touch now compared to up and coming stars like Grimmy. The hope is Grimmy can come in and Louis will leave.
Grimshaw is best known as the host of the breakfast show on BBC Radio 1. He also hosts the BBC 3 comedy panel show Sweat The Small Stuff.
So far, he has remained mum on the speculation, although he did seem very excitable this morning…

Yesterday, Oscar nominee Hailee Steinfeld was added to the roster, as was a certain Lena Dunham.
