We need to talk about Noel Rock's Instagram

The Dublin North West TD is a big fan of Simpsons memes.

Rolling News Rolling News

NOEL ROCK LIKE any politician believes that he is a man of the people. The Dublin North West man was elected in the last general election in 2016 and as he says in his Instagram bio he’s ‘trying his best not to become a stereotypical politician ;-)’.

Fair enough.

He’s been doing this in a number of ways including posting the odd meme to Ireland Simpsons Fans, making a number of Simpons references on Twitter (the man just loves the Simpsons) and having some very unique press releases.

Sure isn’t he setting himself out from the crowd as most Irish mothers would say.

However, it’s his Instagram account where the Fine Gaeler is doing some of his best (or at least more noticeable) work at the moment as he documents his time as a man of the people. So let’s have a look at some of the best shall we?

Noel loves a good gym session.

Here we see him rocking an Old Wesley rugby jersey in January and making sure we all know about it.

He’s not afraid of a run either nor a few pints afterwards. Like we said, he’s a man of the people.

Noel also really likes cats.

Here he is admiring his cat after he moved to Santry back in April.

He’s also making sure his cat is well informed about the impact of Brexit which is always good.

Ah now aren’t they only gorgeous?

He’s also managed to get a good few Simpsons memes onto his Insta.

Such as this meme a guy made of him when he proposed a Luas to Finglas.

Or another meme that reflected on how hard he was finding a particular boot camp.

Fair enough.

And then of course there’s one or two celebrity cameos.

Such as the time Noel met Conor McGregor at an airport.

Or Bill Clinton.

He’s run into Hillary a fair few times as well.

And Miggeldy too.

He’s also a big fan of chips and introducing Leo Varadkar to said chips.

As well as photo ops.

In fairness he is a TD and photo ops are very important.

But our favourite one has to be this picture of him at a marathon with an air horn.

Because why the hell not?
