There’s widespread belief that some items are Irish-made, when they are in fact nothing of the kind.
And it’s not just the shopping, either:
Lyons tea
Siúcra
HB ice cream
Cully and Sully
Boyne Valley Honey
St Patrick
And the final insult:
YouTube/haribokey
Neither Sally O’Brien nor the way she might look at you are made in Ireland. The actress, Vicki Michelle, is English. So the Harp Lager guy’s yearning’s are TOTALLY misplaced.
