Open thread: Do you still send Christmas cards?

Post offices have been busy with people sending their Christmas cards before the rush starts – but do you still send cards?

DUBLIN’S GPO WAS thronged today with people posting their Christmas cards before the rush starts.

An Post have warned that there’s less than one week to go before the final deadline for sending cards and parcels within Ireland.

But seeing the pictures (below) from Dublin’s GPO got us wondering: do you still send Christmas cards?

Is it something that’s dying away? Is it enough to leave a message on someone’s Facebook page now? Or send out a group text message to everyone in your contacts list on Christmas Day?

What do you do? Let us know in the comments…
