A debate over dog handling has broken out after last night's Operation Transformation
OPERATION TRANSFORMATION CONTINUED this week, with the leaders all logging losses.
It was an episode which provided plenty of talking points. Paul got candid about the stigma on placed on men when it comes to mental health and burnout, as viewers the effects of stress in real time.

However, it was Karl Henry’s choice words for Pamela and her dogs that prompted the biggest conversation online.

You see, Pamela lives in a busy household – lots of kids, lots of Greatest Showman dance routines and lots of dogs.
This week, her workout was eagerly – and frequently – interrupted by her four-legged friends.

I can full get behind puppy push-ups, TBH.
For next week, personal trainer Karl Henry told Pamela she needs to put the dogs outside so she can give the workouts her best effort.
This gave way to a feeling of consternation from dog-lovers.
Pamela admitted she’d learned her lesson and that she’d be be locking the dogs in the kitchen going forward.
