This girl posted a photo of her legs on Twitter and everyone got really confused

You can’t unsee it.

IF SOCIAL MEDIA has taught us anything, it’s that we’re all more than willing to take time out of our busy lives to argue about optical illusions we’ve stumbled upon online.

We mean, we hate to mention it, but there was that *whispers* blue/ black, white/ gold dress debacle.

And remember when a random girl sent Twitter into a meltdown over whether she was the proud owner of exceedingly shiny legs or not?

Well, this week’s conundrum came courtesy of Twitter user, Marisol, who shared a photo of herself rocking both horizontal and vertical stripes.

However, Twitter was less concerned with her ballsy disregard for hard and fast fashion rules, and instead focused their attention on her legs. Or lack thereof, should we say.

You see, depending on what part of Marisol’s legs you focussed on, you could be forgiven for thinking that it would be possible to pass them both through the eye of an needle.

You know, if you were so inclined.

The white stripe down the centre of the trousers sent Twitter for an absolute loop, with social media users scrambling to share their initial thoughts.
