Jordanian TV debate gets so angry, the panellists destroy the studio

THIS DEBATE ON a Jordanian TV show got so intense that the panellists stood up and started trying to hit each other with the studio furniture.

The discussion, about the civil war in neighbouring Syria, featured two middle-aged male journalists - Shaker al-Johari and Mohammad al-Jayousi.

But the host lost the run of the debate as al-Jayousi accused al-Johari of supporting the Syrian rebels. Al-Johari then accused al-Jayousi of taking money for supporting Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
