ALL THE STRAIGHT up aggressive notes left on cars about their shoddy parking have never worked.

So sometimes you need to take a more creative and passive approach.

The process is simple: constantly see a car that is woefully parked, put a little cartoon dog on a piece of paper and write:

I am giving you this dog, his name is Spot. I thought you might want him, as you seem to be trying to take as many spots as possible. I hope this helps.
