THIS IS A RECIPE video for pasta with mascarpone sauce, created in a kitchen in Tralee, Co Kerry.

Only it’s not like a regular recipe video.

It’s four minutes of pure blundering poetry. And it’s exactly the recipe video any of us would make if there were cameras in our kitchen on a tired Wednesday evening.
