His earliest makeup memories

“When I was about 8 I was staying over at my cousin’s house as my parents went Christmas shopping so she decided to do my makeup.

Of course it wasn’t anything amazing but as a kid I thought it was so much fun wearing makeup and being able to be a completely different person – back then, I didn’t know that the different person was just my true self.”

“From that they on I fell in love with fashion and makeup but didn’t start playing around with makeup till I was around 15.”

“The first product that I basically can’t live without is my La Girl Pro Coverage HD foundation (shade ‘Natural’). This foundation is my perfect colour match and doesn’t crease on me as much as other foundation do.

“The Makeup Revolution Conceal and Define concealers are basically a dupe for the Tarte shape tape but they are only €5.95! My perfect shade is 6.5, but they range from pure white to a dark chocolate brown so anyone can find their perfect shade.

“I love love love the Fuschia Boom Brow in shade ‘Deep Brunette’, this brow balm is my go to for doing brows. I have used it on Dublin Bus when going to work and my brows still looked perfect and sharp.

“This Eyeko Sport waterproof mascara is new to my makeup bag but now that I have it I can not think about living without it! It makes my lashes long and fluffy. Also, they’re not lying about it being water proof I went for a shower with it on and it didn’t come of till I used my oil base cleanser.

“I 100%  recommend the Milani Eye Tech Extreme eyeliner for anyone who loves to have a perfect wing liner every day but just doesn’t have time to spent longer then 2 minutes on it. This eyeliner has a fine tip, making it very easy to draw the wing on, it also drys very fast so no need to worry about smudging.

“The bPerfect Cosmetics Stacey Marie Carnival palette is perfect for travel, be it to a festival or on holidays. You’ve got both natural colors and more dramatic colors like pink or bright blue. It also has 2 highlighters so no need to bring a separate highlighter.

“If you know me, you’ll know I only wear the SoSu by Suzanne Jackson lashes, they are just my favorite. The band is nice and thin and they feel very light on the eye. My favorite ones are ‘Vogue’ as they open up the eye and make any makeup look more dramatic.

“This is also another product that is new to my makeup bag and it’s the Jeffree Star Velour liquid lipstick in shade ‘Celebrity Skin’. This is a perfect nude lipstick with a pink undertone that stays on for hours. It’s also waterproof (at least I think it is anyway, trial at your own risk.)

“Fixing spray is always the last product that I remember to bring with me when going out in makeup. The Cover FX mattifying setting spray makes my makeup last for hours in high temperatures and it leaves a matte finish which I love.”
