Do you call her 'ma', 'mammy' or 'mum'?

Someone thinks it should be ‘ma’.

NO SELF-RESPECTING Crumlin lad would call his mammy “mum”, would he?

Not according to the person who ‘fixed’ this sign on Harry Street, where the statue of Thin Lizzy legend Phil Lynott usually resides.

Lynott’s statue has been removed for repair work after it was damaged in May. Two men were arrested in connection with the incident.
