Anyone who's ever run out of phone credit will enjoy this spoof Irish movie
YOU MAY REMEMBER the ludicrous Jason Statham movie Crank: High Voltage (2009).
In it, Jason Statham plays a hitman whose heart is replaced by a battery that he has to keep powered up (by having sex, among other things).
Well, YouTube comedians Danger Farmhave made an Irish version.
It’s called Crank: High Coverage and it involves a man whose heart is replaced by a pay-as-you-go mobile phone.
There’s just one catch.
The trailer involves 12-digit access codes, ATM topups, and many other favourites that only people who owned pay-as-you-go Nokias are likely to understand.
