IT CAN BE hard out there for a chimp – so it’s nice to see that these bigs lads at an English safari park got some Easter treats today.
Staff painted giant ostrich eggs and filled them with yoghurt, honey, peanut butter and mealworms – our personal favourite – for the residents of Chimpanzee Island at Balir Drummond Safari Park.
They even got a hot cross bun. OMNOMNOM.
“Alas, poor Yorick, I knew him, Horatio; an egg of infinite jest”.
“There goes my low-carb diet. Sigh”.
“Mmmm. Extra mealworm”.
