IT’S NO SECRET that many of us hold a large amount of disdain towards Piers Morgan. The former Britain’s Got Talent judge and current host of Good Morning Britain has made a career for himself as being your embarrassing uncle who says really questionable things at family events and makes you wish you somehow weren’t related.
The best thing about these kinds of people though is that they regularly make absolute fools of themselves. Here’s just 9 examples we found.
1. When he tried to say Trump’s Muslim ban wasn’t a Muslim ban.
Piers was on Real Time with Bill Maher and Australian comedian Jim Jefferies wasn’t having any of what Piers had to say.
You just like that you won the Apprentice and have a famous friend mate.
Tell him Jim.
2. When he tried to catch out Love Island’s Hayley with a maths problem that he himself didn’t know the answer to.
He wanted to know if she knew Pythagoras theorem to 5 decimal places before having it pointed out to him by a member of the audience that it was Pi he was looking for.
Does #LoveIsland's Hayley know anything about the Pythagorean theorem? Nope and neither do you @piersmorgan! pic.twitter.com/h3dsS3Aii1

That’s what you get when you try to humiliate someone for no reason.
3. When he suggested that white people should be able to sing the ‘n’ word.

Don't get angry at white girls singing 'Niggas', blame Kanye West for putting it in his songs. https://t.co/q1x2SI45tf pic.twitter.com/Mxq3eihHeY
If you’re white you can’t use that word. It’s that simple lads.
4. When he tried to explain what a champion was to Martina Navratilova.
This is Martina Navratilova who won 18 Grand Slam titles and holds the records for the most single and doubles titles in the Open Era. On yer bike Piers.
Get a grip, Cilic.

You don't sob like a baby because you're losing. That's pathetic. #WimbledonFinals pic.twitter.com/xF8wB5a9mv
No, he cried because he was getting thrashed. Champions play through blisters... https://t.co/VvuJZVGSOe

I love how so many here know exactly what it's like to be a champion:). I am done ✅

5. When he tried to offer Kim Kardashian fashion advice.
He was giving out about that ‘break the internet’ photo and offering to buy her clothes. Kim put him in his place very quickly.
hey @piersmorgan never offer to buy a married woman clothes. thats on some ashley madison type shit #forresearch

Kim Kardashian doesn’t have time for your weird obsession as to what she does or doesn’t wear Piers.
6. When he tried to do the same thing to Emily Ratajkowski and she showed him up for what he was really after.
Bit bored of your attention seeking behaviour Piers tbh.
7. When he made a really weird comment about Muhammed Ali.
Ali had just passed away and Piers decided this was the appropriate time to defend Donald Trump.
Muhammad Ali said far more inflammatory/racist things about white people than Donald Trump ever has about Muslims. #fact
— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) June 5, 2016
Chrissy Teigen wasn’t having any of it.
it keeps me nice and not-racist so sure, give it a go.
— christine teigen (@chrissyteigen) June 6, 2016
remember when Bruce Willis didn't know he was dead? It's like that.
— christine teigen (@chrissyteigen) June 6, 2016
EAT HIM CHRISSY.
8. When he suggested that Lily Allen grabbed his crotch only to be told what’s what.
.@piersmorgan I think my hand gesture is my way of trying to assert some control, I'm 22 and being asked to sit on the lap of an old man
— LILY ALLEN (@lilyallen) January 21, 2017
9. When he tried to insult Rosie from Love Island’s intelligence.
He was questioning why she would give up a law degree to go on Love Island. Rosie pointed out she worked 18 hours a day and didn’t have time for herself. She put him firmly in his place.
Unless you’re a lawyer Piers, I don’t think you can really say whether or not I could make a difference in my job.
