DUBLIN’S AUNGIER STREET is already well known for a certain eponymous purveyor of fine donuts that seems to have started a craze in the city.
But now it’s set to be the home of a brand new pizza place that looks absolutely class.
The Dublin Pizza Company opens on Friday, and they’re celebrating by giving away pizzas from 5.30pm to 8pm
As Dublin Inquirer reports, it’s a little hatch that opens out on to Aungier Street – and the pizzas get made right in front of you
And they’re lashed into the oven for just 60 seconds before they’re ready
Last week, they took to the streets with free pizza as a sort of test run and to spread the word.
Needless to say, it went down very well
According to the Facebook page, they grow their own fresh ingredients in Stoneybatter
And their pizzas look amazing
When Dublin Inquirer went to visit, the owners revealed a nice bonus for some:
And if you live within a 2.2-kilometre radius, they’ll deliver to you too by bike.
All straight out of their wood fire oven
This place could be a pizza revelation
Want. Now.
