OVER THE WEEKEND, Robert De Niro used his platform at the Tony Awards to criticism the POTUS, Donald Trump.

Before introducing Bruce Springsteen to the stage, the 74-year-old Oscar-winner went hell for leather, and tore Trump a new one, so to speak.
And as is standard for Trump, he couldn’t let the remark slide, and felt compelled to respond on Twitter earlier today.

In a move which looks like the President is suggesting that the acclaimed actor has suffered brain damage over the course of his long and illustrious career, Trump let the Raging Bull star have it.
We wonder if the standing ovation Robert received following his on-stage remarks is what really stung Trump.
