These two puppets presented Church service on RTÉ One this morning

IF YOU HAPPENED to be tuning into RTÉ One’s broadcast of Sunday Church Service this morning, you might have noticed something a little off.
A couple of puppets were presenting part of the show.
And of course it didn’t go unnoticed by people watching at home

“There are puppets presenting Mass on RTE One now” tweeted Darragh Doyle - even though it was actually the a multi-denominational Church Service and not Mass.
This looked like a new direction for the slot though – here’s a puppet rabbit on the mic

Apparently, the pair were drafted in to help out the kids with understanding what was going on.
This was the best thing to happen to Sunday mornings in a long time
