Behold this unaired episode of Quizone where the kids competed against their parents

It doesn’t get more competitive than this.

FORGET THE CUBE, The Crystal Maze or even Jungle Run to be honest, as one game show will forever outrank them.

Quizone saw Irish children undertake a series of mentally grueling quiz rounds, while also completing an exhaustive physical obstacle course, under the watchful eye of referee extraordinaire Jamie Darling.

… And ALL while wearing boiler suits, like the heroes they are.

But did you know that in an unaired episode of the show, a team of adults competed against the kids?

Amazing.

Proving that age really is just a number, the adults failed to take the quickest route and continuously ignored the bonus ball. Amateurs! It’s like they’d never even watched the show before! (Not to mention the fact that none of the adults crossed their chest going down the slide, in a blatant disregard for safety).

However, the yellow team almost faced a serious rift after their runner mispronounced Ulan Bator, the capital of Mongolia. Pronunciation is everything, guys!

The episode also featured his question: if you were singing ‘Happy Birthday’ to a girl called Poppy, how many times would the letter ‘p’ come up? Thus proving that Quizone predicted Project Maths.

An insider told DailyEdge that the episode was uploaded off the back of an ultimately unsuccessful social media campaign to bring the show back on air.
