NOOOOOO: Watch Rashida Jones tactfully correcting a reporter who compliments her 'tan'

Jones is the daughter of African-American music legend Quincy Jones.

PARKS AND RECREATION star Rashida Jones is the daughter of African-American music icon Quincy Jones.

So imagine Jones’s surprise on the SAG Awards red carpet, when TNT presenter Danielle Demski took the time to compliment her ‘tan’.

“You look like you’ve just come off an island or something,” Demski told Jones. “You’re very tan. Very tropical.”

Jones’s response – “I mean, you know, I’m ethnic” – is an impressive masterclass in tact and restraint.
