LAST NIGHT, REPUBLIC of Telly returned to the airwaves with this rather spot-on crime show parody entitled TV Licence Inspectors.
Featuring Kevin McGahern, Bernard O’Shea and Laura Whitmore as three no-nonsense cops with a passion for catching people without TV licences, it’s basically the most Irish concept for a cop show ever.
It even comes complete with Law and Order theme music.
