Rihanna confirms Dublin date, brings 150 weary journalists to New York
RIHANNA IS BRINGING her Diamonds tour to Dublin next summer, by all accounts.
FM104′s Sean Musanje is currently travelling with the singer (and around 150 other journalists) on the Boeing 777 that’s been dragging them around the world this week as part of the promotional tour for her new album Unapologetic.
He’s tweeted that Rihanna told him that she will be coming to Dublin next summer. The date is likely to be in June and will be in either the Aviva or Croke Park.
A spokesperson for promoters MCD told TheJournal.ie that while they haven’t confirmed anything with Rihanna’s people yet that’s “not to say nothing will be happening”. AHA!
The plane carrying Rihanna and the journalists has just touched down in New York for the last of seven gigs (they’ve already been to Mexico City, Toronto, Stockholm, Berlin, Paris and London) in seven days.
Many of those on the plane started cracking up days ago, and complained that they weren’t getting any sleep, and that there was little or no access to the popstar.
These flyers have been circulated on the plane:

Phew! Rihanna stories for everyone.
