Robbie Williams live-tweeted his wife's 14-hour labour in a very different way
LAST NIGHT, ROBBIE Williams and his wife Ayda Field welcomed a baby boy into the world after a 14-hour labour.
Throughout the labour, Williams live-tweeted his attempts to “help” with the birth.
It started with a simple picture of his wife’s birthing shoes.
And then escalated into videos of the pop star offering essential assistance.
He’s dancing to his own song, Candy.
(At the end of the video, he turns the music off because his wife is being “no fun”.)
He also tweeted several photos of him generally keeping things under control.
And pleas to go to the pub.
And himself asking the doctor when his wife’s waters break, “will any of it go on my gown?”
More of this:
He also sings Let It Go while holding his wife’s ankle.
It all went on for hours and hours. But luckily, it ended happily.
Congratulations Robbie and Ayda! But mainly to Ayda.
