WE’VE ALREADY ESTABLISHED recently that Romantica is the dessert of the gods.

It was the fanciest ice cream cake you ever had and you knew it was a special occasion when it was wheeled out.

And today a café in Stoneybatter, Dublin has revealed their Romantica donut in tribute

Designed to resemble the famous dessert, Slice cafe revealed the ingredients as:

caramel cream centre with vanilla buttercream, chocolate, biscuit and hazelnut topping

Can they replicate the quality of the famous Romantica biscuit? They’re only made for a limited time only, but it looks like they might just have nailed it.
