People are completely taking the piss out of this 'romper for men' that's just gone on sale

Where’s me romper?

2017 has already given us so, so many fashion gifts – the highlight, of course, being Topshop’s clear plastic jeans for €76.

But yesterday a new frontier was reached when a (already ridiculously successful) Kickstarter was launched:

Introducing us to the “romper for men”

It’s called the RompHim.

According to the slick promo video, “summer is about to get romped”

Right.

It comes in three different designs – and is just like a regular romper but has a zip in the front

And, shockingly, it’s already raised nearly $40,000 in less than 12 hours

They only needed 10k!

Despite the obvious enthusiasm from financial backers, the RompHim has become the internet’s punchline for the day

But maybe it’s not such a bad idea? Like, James Bond himself has rocked a male romper in the past

Probably still a shocking idea in 2017, let’s face it.

Cut to scene

The very name “RompHim” is questionable enough

The zip on the front is actually the major issue people have with the RompHim – for the traditional romper experience you have to take the *whole* thing off to go to the jacks

RompHim lads can’t get away that easily.

Discovering something is a romper in the shop when you thought it was a normal top could be the only unifying thing about the RompHim though

It’s been a manic 24 hours in the short life of the RompHim

And some people are definitely curious

But mostly here for the jokes.
