The Rose of Tralee escorts took over the town centre for a massive sing song

Well, chanting.

THE CHICAGO ROSE might have won out on a dramatic night in the dome, but the real craic was happening earlier that evening in Tralee town centre.

Because all the escorts gathered there for a massive chanting session for some reason.

And it was a seriously coordinated operation

Radio Kerry were there to document the scenes – and the lads seemed to go through every viral trope of 2016.

They started with the Viking Clap

Defences were terrified across Kerry last night.

As ever, the main craic seemed to be happening off stage at the Rose of Tralee this year.
