These healthy Roz Purcell 'sweets' would nearly make you go paleo
MODEL AND COOKBOOK author Roz Purcell has announced that she’s opening a pop-up shop on Baggot Street in Dublin.
She’s launching a new healthy living ‘whole foods’ book, hence the pop-up, and alongside breakfasts and lunches this Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, she’s also going to have “granola bars, protein balls, and cookies”.
“Kale cookies?”, we sneer suspiciously. “Straw and unicorn tear granola bars?”. “Protein balls dipped in melted bee pollen juice?”.
If (like us) you’ve been wary of all things the seemingly joyless paleo/vegan/sugar free/protein powdered carry on until now, a glance at her Instagram might just change your mind…
Rolo bites
Peanut butter and chocolate protein shake
Almond butter melts
‘Toffeepops’
Brownies with raw white chocolate chunks
Chocolate cherry protein shake
Superfood cups
White chocolate, pecan and cranberry bar
Ginger snap creams
We might just be tempted to put down the chicken fillet roll.
