He claimed he was simply repeating tactics he learned in the Red army, the Guardian reports. He said he believed young people today were not disciplined and needed to be properly educated.
While overseeing a PE class, Khantimerov ordered the teens through a series of push-ups, forcing his shoe under their faces to be kissed. At one point in the video below, he pulls his foot back, leans down and puts his hand out to be kissed instead:
