Julia Louis-Dreyfus made history at the SAGs - while watching at home in her pyjamas

The Veep star is currently undergoing cancer treatment.

JULIA-LOUIS DREYFUS didn’t make it to the annual Screen Actor’s Guild Awards (SAGs) this year.

The Veep start told Twitter she was having fun watching the show in her pyjamas, as she continues her treatment for breast cancer.

Who wouldn’t be having fun when you’ve just made history as the most decorated actor at the SAGs of all time?

Picking up two wins, the Veep star became the most decorated actor in the history of the SAG Awards, with nine wins overall.

Louis-Dreyfus’ previously won five SAG Awards for her work on Seinfeld, including three as part of the ensemble. Her other four statues were awarded for her work on Veep.

What else happened at the SAGs?

Our gal Saoirse didn’t manage to take home the gong for Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy for Lady Bird, but she looked lovely.

She lost out to Frances McDormand, for Three Billboards.

James Franco attended the ceremony, amid allegations of sexual misconduct.

He skipped the red carpet, but sister-in-law Alison Brie told reporters:

I think that above all, what we’ve always said is it remains vital that anyone that feels victimized should and does have the right to speak out and come forward. I obviously support my family.
Not everything that has been reported is fully accurate, so I think we’re waiting to get all the information. But of course now is the time for listening and that’s what we’re all trying to do.”

John Stamos was an outrageously doting dad on the red carpet.
