OH, THE MAGICAL world of mysterious airline fees.
Last week, a Ryanair customer named Jordan Joshua Lewis decided to contact the airline querying the charges he incurred while booking his seats.
Lewis told DailyEdge.ie that he had paid to select his seat, which was £8 a seat one way. He subsequently decided that he wanted to get seats with extra legroom, which were £15 each way.
Unfortunately, he was hit with some additional charges that meant the cost of changing his seats was actually £40.
Lewis queried this with a Ryanair customer agent and her supremely sassy response left him shook.
So ?
Lewis’ response?
I said, ‘That’s sassy,’ and closed the conversation because I just couldn’t be arsed anymore.
Wise decision.
