FIRST, TRISTAN THOMPSON was getting roasted. Then, Kim K got in hot water. Now, Kylie Jenner’s boyf and baby daddy Travis Scott is facing the wrath of the public over his new album cover.
The ‘Goosebumps’ singer is being accused of transphobia, after he removed transgender model Amanda Lepore from the final edit of the cover for his upcoming album ‘Astroworld’.
Here’s the edit photographer David LaChapelle posted …
And here’s the one Travis posted. Spot the difference?
Lepore questioned why she wasn’t included in the final cover on her own Instagram, captioning a post on Instagram:
It was great being part of @david_lachapelle s incredible photograph of @travisscott s albulm cover but I’m curious why I’m not on the picture @travisscott posted.
#amandalepore #glamourgirl A girl can’t help it! Too distracting for the eyes! Upstaged everyone in the photograph! Oh well……….. I love @david_lachapelle and @travisscott! Love and kisses.”
Needless to say, Twitter was not happy about the move.
David LaChapelle has attempted to play down the situation, by saying Amanda was removed because she “upstaged everyone” and that it had “nothing to do with hating”.
