The industry publication has form in recognising rising talent, picking the likes of Benedict Cumberbatch, Eddie Redmayne, and Carey Mulligan before they were famous.
Among this year’s selections are actress Chewing Gum’s Michaela Coel and Rogue One’s James Harkness, along with four Irish selections.
Irish producer Farah Abushwesha also earned a place on the list.
So, who are the four actors?

You’ll know her from A Date for Mad Mary, or Can’t Cope, Won’t Cope. If you’re a big Irish film fan, you’ll have seen her early on in Kirsten Sheridan’s Dollhouse.
