Mark Ronson was fairly raging that X Factor’s Fleur performed his latest single on X Factor. The singer told NME he was a “bit annoyed” that Fleur released her version of Uptown Funk before he had a chance to get his out there.
I realised this girl’s cover’s going to come out before our own. So yeah, for a minute I was a little bit annoyed and then we kind of rushed ours, which is good ’cause I think whatever it took to get the song out.
Ronson released the Bruno Mars collaboration last week and it immediately shot to number one on the UK Charts. It is now one of the leading contenders to take the coveted Christmas number one spot. (Daily Mail)
