What you might fail to recognise, is the bloody jar she’s proudly holding in this Instagram photo.
Shanna posed beside the container housing 2.5 litres of her own fat after a quick visit to Elite Body Sculpture in Beverly Hills on Tuesday.

The 38-year-old mother of three described the procedure as a “mommy makeover from heaven”.
