Shocking video of Kate Moss at LA airport

Footage shows the efforts it took the supermodel to get through a crowd of photographers with her young daughter.

THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TODAY passed a law stating that photographers who impede a celebrity’s vehicle, or who break traffic laws, face a $5,000 fine.

The law comes on foot of a campaign by non-profit organisation Paparazzi Reform which had campaigned to reduce the impact of photographers’ efforts to snap celebs on non-celebrities.

The following video of Kate Moss trying to get through an airport in LA in 2008 with her daughter shows the intensity of paparazzi pursuit, and was used as evidence in the debate over the Californian law.

The California decision comes 13 years after the death of Lady Diana Spencer in a Paris car crash as photographers chased her vehicle.  The bill has been sent to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger for his signature.
