A band were fed up with Ryanair, so they wrote a snarky song on board their flight

“Ryanair, oh how we love Ryanair…”

WE’VE ALL HAD questionable experiences with the budget airline Ryanair, but few of us have ever been moved to write songs about them.

But according to the Daily Mail, Spanish rock band Sidonie were so fed up with what they called a “lack of respect shown by Ryanair flight attendants” that they composed, performed and filmed a sarcastic ode to the airline on their flight.

The other passengers evidently agreed - you can see them clapping and singing along:

In typical Ryanair fashion, a spokesperson for the airline had a snarky response to the video:

Sidonie? More like sit down mate. The lyrics are average, the vocals out of tune, the ukelele playing leaves a lot to be desired and there isn’t one trumpet.
